John was extremely accommodating and scheduled an inspection within 24 hours. His inspection report was thorough and accurate. Many valuable reccommendations were made to rectify the problems. John arrived on time and was very professional. Most notable, was his attention to detail inside and out and in particular, to the subfloor, which was a make or break deal for us. He did not rush the inspection and explained everything in plain speak and his report was clear and thorough and backed up with photographs to reference issues.

1st time reviewer, but had to keep Johns 5 star rating going. Great help, friendly attitude, and extremely easy, detailed and honest report. I chose to be there for the inspection to get piece of mind about everything, and when required, John would always call me over to view potential problems and defects, and describe how these could impact in the future without attention. Please do not be shy to throw questions at John, as he will not only answer them, but gladly throw in past experiences. Very straight forward and comes with great knowledge. Gave you the confidence to ask more questions without feeling intimidated. Excellent service and I used him on the basis of all these positive reviews from others.

John helped my partner and I inspect two properties in Ballarat - The first one we pulled out of the purchase due to Johns report stating a health and safest issue. Without Johns detailed inspection and good communication we would of put at ourselves at risk buying the first property.
